MyColorPass Studio OS

What it does

Studio OS is the system a color analysis studio runs on. It connects the studio's booking page, its day-to-day operations and its clients' app, so a booking made online carries through to the session and on to the client's results without re-entering anything.

• Booking and operations

  The studio's own booking page, plus one console for the calendar, bookings and deposits, client records and revenue.

• Client app

  After the session, each client gets the MyColorPass app with their season, palette and analyst's notes, and tools to use them: Scan, Makeup and Train.

• Chat automation

  An optional component. Answers customers' Instagram and Facebook messages and comments for the studio, such as booking questions, and keeps every conversation in the studio's inbox so staff can take over.

How the Facebook and Instagram connection works

1. Each studio connects its own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account through Facebook Login. The studio chooses what to connect and can disconnect at any time.
2. We use the studio's messages and comments only to reply to that studio's customers on its behalf and to show those conversations in that studio's inbox.
3. Each studio's data is kept separate. It is never shared with other studios and never sold.
